Thin Ice

Thin Ice


The sight of cracks appearing under her feet, I feel her terror,

I hear her scream. Her hands try to get a hold on some of the

 ice but to no prevail. She plummets into the freezing water

below, her face frozen in fear.

    Ruby, this is such a brilliant piece of writing. I could feel the fear and the accompanying image portrays so much of the feeling in the written piece. Well done. Mrs Dudley
